"I placed my online order on Jan 23. I sent 2 emails asking if my order was sent and finally got a response Feb 9th. Out of the five items I ordered they initially were holding it all until one last item came in. They did graciously send the four items (which I needed badly to ride) and the last item didn't come in until the first week of March.

"As an out of state purchaser, my buying experience with MFP was good. Ben, the Internet Sales Manager, did yeoman's work getting me the bike's documentation as quickly as possible. Ben Benson, Internet Manager, immediately located the exact Kawasaki OEM part that I needed (something several other dealers couldn't seem to manage). The part was not a stock part, and had to be ordered from Kawasaki (which was perfectly understandable). He answered all my questions and concerns politely, professionally, accurately, and very quickly. Ben made a commitment to order my part right away, have it shipped to him quickly, and to get it out to me the same day he received it. He was perfect on all counts!
